how do i get a GREAT room at flamingo?

how can i pretty much guarentee that i will be checked into a GREAT room at the Flamingo? we went last year as first timers and apparently lucked out, getting a nice room up high with a nice view of the south strip and fountains. i think it was my girlfriend flashing her huge clevege and flirting with the checkin clerk, but we cant count on that. she REALLY wants a room on the 20+floor, even numbered of course. should we check in at the airport or do it at the hotel? and what will it take ($$$)???

To get up high, right after you book. Call and ask for a high room, make sure they mark that down. Once you go to checkin, you can nicely ask again, or even try the 20.00 trick. But being nice and friendly should get you a high room.


What dates are you going??? Summers are slower so you will have a better chance

Get a Hilton Honors card.
they upgraded me last year because I had the card.

Are those easy to get? Don't you have to stay at Hiltons a certian amount of times per year??
